Step 1. Enquiry and free quote

It all starts with our quote form or a phone call: +48 668 23 24 55 or +48 (61) 843 91 61. You can also email us at [email protected].

To give you an accurate quote, we mainly need:

  • the addresses for loading and unloading,
  • the volume of belongings – number of rooms, floor area, large furniture and appliances,
  • details of access – which floor, whether there is a lift, where the van can park,
  • the services you need – e.g. packing, furniture dismantling and assembly, storage.

The quote is free and non-binding – we usually prepare it within 24 hours.

Step 2. Agreeing the details

If anything is unclear, we will ask by phone or email. For larger or unusual moves, we can agree on other ways of assessing the job – for example photos of the items to be moved, or a site visit.

At this stage, please tell us about any unusual obstacles – difficult access, a narrow staircase, or furniture and items that are particularly valuable, large or heavy (such as a piano or a safe). Based on this, we choose the right vehicle and number of movers, and agree the date.

Step 3. Preparation and packing

You can pack yourself or leave it to us:

  • boxes – we lend them and can deliver them up to a week before the move,
  • packing – on request, we pack your whole flat, house or office,
  • plastic crates – on moving day we provide them for TVs and electronics, small kitchen appliances and plants,
  • labels – for office relocations, we can provide adhesive labels for marking furniture, boxes and computers.

Step 4. Moving day

On the agreed day, our team arrives with equipment for carrying furniture. On request, we dismantle furniture, protect your belongings and load them into the van. Every one of our vehicles has securing straps that we use to fasten the load. Throughout the move we also take care of your home – walls, floors and doors.

Every move is covered by carrier’s liability insurance.

Step 5. Unloading and assembly

At your new address, we carry everything into the rooms you choose and, on request, reassemble your furniture and help you get everything in place.

Step 6. After the move

  • Unwanted items – we often take them to be disposed of or to collection points for electronic equipment.
  • Storage – if some things don’t fit in your new home, or it isn’t ready yet, we can keep them in our warehouse, short or long term.
  • VAT invoice – we issue one for every job.

Moving checklist – what to prepare on your side

  • Book your moving date as early as possible – ideally at least a week ahead, and even earlier in the busy season (spring and summer).

  • Declutter and decide what you are not taking with you.
  • Let your building manager know about the planned move.
