We don’t publish a fixed price list, because the cost depends on many factors – including the volume of belongings, the floor and lift access, the distance between the addresses and the services you need, such as packing or furniture dismantling. We prepare every quote individually and free of charge.

Yes. The quote is free and non-binding – it’s up to you whether you decide to work with us.

Usually no more than 24 hours. If we have any further questions, we will contact you by phone or email. We can also prepare a quote based on a phone conversation.

We charge either by the hour or according to a fixed estimate. We issue a VAT invoice for every job.

The earlier, the better – especially in the busy moving season (spring and summer). We recommend getting in touch at least a week before your planned date. If it is urgent, we will try to find the earliest possible slot.

Yes. Every move is covered by carrier’s liability insurance, and we carefully pack and protect all items to minimise the risk of damage.

Yes. On request, we pack your entire flat or office. We also lend boxes and can deliver them up to a week before the move, and on moving day we provide plastic crates for TVs and electronics, small kitchen appliances and plants.

Yes. On request, we dismantle furniture before transport and reassemble it in your new flat, house or office.

Yes. You can book just the help of our movers – for example with loading, unloading or carrying a piano downstairs – or hire a van with a driver. For a few boxes or a single piece of furniture, a small van is usually enough.

Yes – including safes, strongboxes, plotters, multifunction devices, grand pianos and medical equipment. Please let us know about them when you request a quote.

Yes. After a move we often take unwanted items to be disposed of or to special collection points for electronic equipment.

In Poznań and Warsaw and the surrounding municipalities, as well as throughout Poland and across Europe. We have offices in Poznań (ul. Strzeszyńska 100) and Warsaw (ul. Nowodworska 25A).

We move throughout Europe. The most popular destinations are Germany, England, France, Sweden, the Netherlands and Spain, as well as Switzerland and Norway. You can pay in Polish złoty or in euros.

Every international move is planned and supervised by a dedicated coordinator, whom you can contact at any time. Your coordinator speaks English and German.

Not necessarily. We help you plan the move so that your company can keep operating without a break, or with the shortest break possible.

We offer both short-term and long-term storage for private and business customers. We collect your belongings, take them to our warehouse and later deliver them to the address you choose.

It is our own enclosed, dry and clean facility. Belongings are under constant supervision, and the building is protected by an alarm system.

It is our container storage service: we bring a container with a capacity of 3.45 m³ or 4.35 m³ to your home or office. Once it is packed and padlocked, we take it to our warehouse – and when you need your things, we deliver it wherever you want.
