- Planning – we agree the date, the size of the crew and, if needed, a schedule that keeps your downtime as short as possible – including night work when your operations require it.
- Preparation – a few days before the move we deliver packing boxes and, on request, labels for furniture, boxes and computers.
- Moving day – we bring plastic crates, protect and pack furniture and equipment, dismantle what needs dismantling and transport everything.
- Setting up – at the new premises we reassemble desks and cabinets, assemble new office furniture if needed, and put everything where it belongs.
Moving more than desks? We also handle machine and equipment relocation, heavy items such as safes and strongboxes, and piano transport. Furniture, equipment and documents you don’t need straight away can go into storage.
