Our Warsaw office is at ul. Nowodworska 25A, 03-133 Warszawa, in Białołęka. From there we serve businesses in Białołęka, Tarchomin, Nowodwory and Żerań particularly efficiently, as well as in Marki, Jabłonna and Legionowo. We also relocate offices in all other parts of the city – Mokotów, Ursynów, Wola, Bemowo, Praga and beyond – and in towns around the capital, including Ząbki, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Pruszków and Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.
Getting your office ready for the move
A smooth office relocation starts before the first van arrives. On request, we supply:
- packing boxes, delivered a few days before the move, so your staff can pack desks and files in good time,
- adhesive labels for marking furniture, boxes and computers, so everything ends up in the right room,
- plastic crates for moving day,
- archive boxes and other boxes to buy.
If you prefer, our team can also do the packing and protect your company’s property for you.
On moving day and after
Our movers dismantle cabinets, desks and other furniture, transport everything to your new premises and reassemble it there. If you are moving into a newly fitted office, we can also assemble your new furniture.
Some items need special care. We move safes and strongboxes, plotters, multifunction devices, medical equipment and pianos (see piano transport). For workshops and labs we also offer machine and equipment relocation. Furniture, equipment and documents you won’t need at the new address can go into storage.
How we price an office relocation in Warsaw
There is no standard price list for business moves – we prepare an individual, free and non-binding quote. It depends on:
- the size of the office and the volume of furniture, IT equipment, documents and archives,
- the distance between the current and the new premises,
- the floors, lifts and parking at both locations,
- the services you want us to handle – packing, labelling, furniture dismantling and assembly, heavy items, storage.
